Recently MEF received generous donations to the Wildfire Relief Fund. This Fund exists to assist students and families whose lives have been disrupted by the Holiday Farm Wildfire. If you are the parent or guardian of a student who is currently enrolled in the McKenzie School, you can apply for up to $200 to support the student’s learning. To Apply for Wildfire Relief Funds, please download the PDF Form at the bottom of this page, fill it out and return it to us by mailing it to PO Box 274, Blue River, 97413. The Application Form is also available at the Administration Office of the McKenzie School. You can also enter your application information here on the "Your Fire Story" page.
The MEF Wildfire Fund is dedicated to assisting the students and families whose lives have been disrupted by the Holiday Farm Fire of 2020. The Holiday Farm Wildfire brought extreme challenges to families, who were already dealing with distance learning because of Covid-19. Your support of students and families in these stressful situations is very appreciated.
Generous donations have already been made by the United Way, The James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation, Joseph Weston Foundation, the Rees Family, and many individuals.
